Trey Renee' is a proud U.S. Navy veteran, devoted mother of three beautiful daughters and one beloved bonus daughter, and a passionate storyteller whose words are rooted in survival, strength, and heart. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Trey has always used writing as a lifeline—a private sanctuary through the chaos of life. What began as short stories, poems, and love letters eventually blossomed into a dream: to become a published author and share her stories with the world.

 

Trey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Texas Southern University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing at Houston Christian University, where she continues to hone her craft and embrace her voice. It was after reading books by Toni Anderson, J.D. Robb, Riley Edwards, and Lucy Score that she felt a stirring in her spirit—a push to stop waiting and start writing again. Her time in the Navy, her years of motherhood, and her professional journey have all shaped the emotional depth and authenticity of her characters.
